This weekend I took part in a photo challenge on behalf of General Motors in advance of the Chicago Auto Show Social Media preview day on Thursday.  We were tasked with taking a creative photo of our loaner GM vehicle and our favorite Chicagoland landmark.  I’ve been given the keys to a GMC Terrain for the week, and we headed out for a photo shoot on Saturday morning!

I had a blast taking pictures of the car in front of some of my favorite Chicago landmarks, and I narrowly escaped getting a ticket from the Chicago Police while taking a glamor shot outside of the Chicago Theater!  I didn’t end up submitting that picture, but would have if I got one with the police lights… I was so busy sprinting back across the street to avoid getting a ticket that i didn’t catch that photo op.

Instead, I opted for a shot outside of the Merchandise Mart, which is one of my favorite spots in Chicago.
